2025 Design Awards Celebration Dinner | Amica Jubilee House by NORR - EIFS Council of Canada

(June 19, 2025, Toronto, ON) Industry professionals gathered on the evening of June 17th 2025 to recognize and celebrate the Award of Merit, Finalists, and Grand Prize Award recipient of the 2025 EIFS Council of Canada (ECC) Design Awards. During the evening’s presentations, the ECC announced Amica Jubilee House by NORR Architecture and H&R Exteriors as the Grand Prize winners for this year’s Awards. The Amica Jubilee House was selected by the 2025 Awards Judging Panel for the Grand Prize from amongst the six, excellent category Finalists.

The 2025 Finalists exhibited excellence in the areas of design, contribution to community, sustainability, technical excellence, and the innovative use of EIFS. The Finalists projects, their utilized EIFS systems, as well as the consulting and construction teams are as follows:
