In some circumstances, we may share your personal information with other entities within the EIFS Council of Canada (ECC), The EIFS Council of Canada (ECC) itself and our professional advisors in order to process and complete transactions with customers. In addition, in the event of the sale of any entity within the EIFS Council of Canada, personal information may be one of the transferred business assets. Together with our service providers, we do collect basic information regarding the use of our website, which is collected automatically – i.e.: not by registration or the completion of any online survey, form or questionnaire. There are some limited instances where we are obliged to disclose personal information without your consent. These instances are extremely rare and include the following:

• Where disclosure is required by law or by order of a tribunal;
